Responsibilities：

Lead the product maintenance for GUR product line (Ultra high performance polyethylene powder) that meet market needs in Asia region. Support new product development activities through communication with customers on product requirements, communicate test results etc. Ensure integrity of data in product data sheets, data base, provide product technical packages.Provide product technical training to Celanese commercial team as well as customers.Recommend product selection to the commercial team & customers for the best technical fit and production capability.Support/deliver on productivity programs such as raw material qualification programs.Support root cause identification in quality issues that require tech input.Approve and validate proposed manufacturing changes based on impact to product capability to meet customer commitments. Participate in customer technical exchanges and establish deep customer relationships on technical level.

Qualifications：

5 years and above experienceMaster Degree and above in PolymersDeep understanding of polymers, manufacturing technology and product development. Ability to translate customer needs to product requirements.Ability to negotiate with customers about product applicability.Ability to interface with global T&I team and engage resources to support development needs in AsiaAbility to interface with compounding process technology, testing and CTG (Core Technical Group) scale-up team to deliver new product developments from initial design phase to mass production. Bring product expertise and know-how to customer to enable commercial team to initiate and successfully close projects. Excellence in technical judgment when decisions must be made in the absence of complete data.Insightful technical risk assessment and mitigationFluent spoken and written English.Good communication, language and social skills.
