Responsibilities:

1. Channel compliance process management for all businesses in Asia. 

2. Work with commercial team to design channel strategy in Asia.

3. Work with commerical team to optimize Channel landscape and channel performance. 

4. Quarterly and ad-hoc channels performance analysis.

5. Lead channel optimization projects in Asia.

Qualifications:

1. Famillar with SAP system. 

2. Familiar with SFDC/CCMS system. 

3. Project management skills.

4. Preferrably with sales or product management experience.

5. Good understanding of commerical process

6. Good analytical skills and proficient in Excel. 

7. Quick learning capability.

8. Good interpersonal communication skills.
