Job Summary:
1. Comply with Celanese & local government policies of HSE, Strictly implementing HSE procedures and regulation.
2. Through improving operation, TPM, PSM, continuous improvement project, new product trail, Dept member development to ensure daily production work and activities on site meet business needs.
3.Working out and optimizing operation conditions according to production plan.Monitor the process and implement improvement projects that are aimed at improving throughput and quality.
4.To work with HSE team to improve workshop HSE performance through process and engineering improvement. 5. Providing constant training to all of production employees to improve technical knowledge and HSE activity, monthly review training result.
Job Descriptions：
1.Track production operation safety activities and improvement actions.
2.Improvement suggestion for production department about SQRE to ensure all production behaviors under safe condition.
3.Provides the day-to-day leadership for the production department in SQRE matters.
4.Responsible for operation improvement and optimization to：Reduce the unplanned downtimeIncrease equipment stabilization
5.Assist with training operations personnel on SAP entries
6.Development of people within production and related functions and works with the Production Manager in the development of the Shift Team Leaders.
7.Assists in development of training plans for the Production Shop Floor
8.Back up for shift leader
10.Responsible for reviewing and optimizing all production related procedure, SOP, JSA to ensure all production operation can match procedure requirement.
11.Assist with engineering projects to improve overall performance.
12.Work with maintenance team to improve and optimize required downtime for preventive maintenance.


Job Requirements：
1.Troubleshooting/Date analysis/Innovative experience；
2.3 years experience in similar position of chemical Plant；
3.Bachelor in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
