Purpose and Summary of position:
Sum: Conduct data anlysis for SC planning team. Provide support for sales teams with statistic forecast to achieve good forecasting results.
Responsibilities:
1/ Running statistic forecast in IBP as the baseline for sales input;
2/ Analyze historical data and work with sales team to determine future forecast to achieve good forecast accuracy;
3/ Prepare forecast evolution report and hold pre-demand meeting to sign off monthly demand forecast;
4/ Be responsible to work out budget volume with commercial team yearly;
5/ Demand planning tool IBP maintenance and superuser.
6/ Provide data analysis for SCM related projects.

Responsibilities:
1/Proficient Excel skills (Macro, access)
2/ Knowledge of supply chain planning( Prefered demand planning, then supply planning/scheduling)
3/ SAP fundamentals (PR3, IBP, BI)
4/ Good time management
5/ Business awareness
6/ Fluent in English


Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong Excel skills (formula, Pivot)
Good data analysis skill
Effective communication ability
