Project Controller招聘 - 塞拉尼斯（南京）化工有限公司

Responsibilities：
1.The project controller is directly responsible for monitoring and tracking project cost and schedule. This includes project budgeting, forecasting, cost control and spending variance analysis. In addition the project controller will play a critical role in the management of the entire purchase to pay cycle for short and long lead items, and maintain close communication with project management and procurement.
2.The project controller will ensure policies and procedures are followed and will pay close attention to internal controls.
3.He/She will acts as a key liaison between accounting and the project.


Requirements：
1. Demonstrate support for the Celanese vision of EHS excellence
2.Setting up project controls systems, workflows, communications, reporting and reporting tools, administration 3. Develop and conducts spending/schedule review meetings with project leadership.
4. Conducts variance analysis against budget and forecast, presenting results to management.
5. Foster team work, fast learner, effective communications skills in English, both written and oral.
6. Ability to interact, influence and facilitate at all levels of the organization
7.Ability to understand project budgeting, cost tracking, check estimates, forecasts, capital asset creation. Expense/capital treatment
8. Experience in projects and project management, ability to understand project schedules & track versions
9. Good presentation & communication skills
10. SAP PS and Finance modules
11.Bachelors degree in Engineering or Accounting or Finance or equivalent
